Oligometastatic disease has recently been highlighted in patients with advanced cancer, in which the number of metastases other than the primary tumor is small. Here, we report a case of advanced lung adenocarcinoma treated with stereotactic radiosurgery and chemoimmunotherapy, in which pathological complete response was confirmed on resection of residual tumor in the right upper lobe. The patient has been followed up without treatment for 3 years since the salvage surgery without recurrence. Long-term survival after multimodality treatment for advanced lung cancer is rare, and it is desirable that cases are accumulated and prospective studies undertaken.
