A 49-year-old man presented to our department with cough, dyspnea, and fever of a month's duration. A computed tomography (CT) scan showed bilateral pneumonia, which was treated with antibiotics; however, the patient experienced recurrent pneumonia. He was diagnosed with organizing pneumonia via transbronchial lung cryobiopsy. Prompted by an increase in eosinophils, further tests revealed that the pneumonia was associated with toxocariasis. Pulmonary opacity was improved by the administration of albendazole (800 mg/day).
