A woman in her 40s underwent a chest CT scan, which revealed a part-solid ground-glass opacity nodule (GGN) in the right middle lobe and high-density nodules below the pleura in the bilateral dorsal lower lobes. We performed surgery on her at our hospital to confirm the diagnosis of these lesions. The pathological diagnosis after surgery showed that the right middle lobe GGN was an adenocarcinoma, pT2aN0M0, stage IB (UICC-8 version), and the right S6 partial resection specimen showed irregularly shaped osteogenesis and bone marrow tissue, indicating pulmonary ossification.Based on these results, we diagnosed this case as a combination of right middle lobe lung adenocarcinoma and dendriform diffuse pulmonary ossification.
