A 60-year-old woman visited our hospital because of dyspnea several months ago. She did not present symptoms associated with myositis; however, high-resolution computed tomography (CT) chest scan revealed interstitial pneumonia with serum anti-EJ and anti-Ro-52 antibody. Surgical lung biopsy (SLB) specimens showed a non-specific interstitial pneumonia and organizing pneumonia overlap pattern. Anti-EJ antibody- and anti-Ro-52 antibody-positive interstitial pneumonia is usually associated with myositis and rapidly progressive-interstitial lung disease and needs to be closely monitored.
