A 77-year-old woman was referred because of a chest abnormal shadow. Multiple nodules of 2 to 3 mm in diameter were revealed in diffuse both lungs on CT. Video-assisted thoracoscopic lung biopsy was performed. Histologically, form of nodules was similar to meningioma. We diagnosed multiple minute pulmonary meningothelial-like nodules (MMPMN) with the results of s staining. Recently, MMPMN has come to be found on CT. It is necessary to consider it as one of the differential diseases when multiple nodular shadows appear in the lung field.
